koni yellows creaking in front

Anyone with Konis experiencing creaking in the front when turning? I have Konis and Neuspeed Sport Springs and Strut Tower Bar and I get a loud creaking sound from the passenger side front when turning. It happens with my 17"s or the stock wheels/tires and it does not seem to matter what the weather or the load in the car.

Anyone else have this problem, or have suggestion on how to fix it?

Could be the bolt that holds the insert is loose or your strut isnt indexed right is a common problem. Read this post here: http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...hreadid=148207

when these were put on did you use the stock dust cover? if so it could be rubbing a little causing an annoying sound.

so if you line up the dust cover better, it'll take this noise out, cause I have the same exact sound...

I dont think its the dust cover.. all it does is sit over the strut piston. It shouldnt come in contact with anything.

u r right , but if the new aftermarket strut is just a little bit bigger around, it could cause rubbing with oem parts like the dust cover. this might not be it, but i've seen it happen with teins.
