Question....

i was wondering could an under brace be used in combination with a sway bar kit??

and what is the benefit of either one???

I would think so. they do 2 different jobs and connect in 2 different places.

the under brace is a chassis reinforcement and will make the chassis stiffer allowing the suspension to work better.
the sway bar is part of the suspension like the springs. it has 2 main jobs, 1 is to reduce the amount of body roll and thus reducing camber change on the tires. and 2. to adjust whats called the Roll Couple Distributon wich is the handling balance of the car.
