My angry rant about the SS

I have had the TEIN SS' installed on my car since Feb and I have had nothing but problems.
The front springs creak and shift at low speed turning and it creaks at high speed driving.
I've had the rears squeak SO bad that it was just unbearable. Until I got the Akimoto floor bar installed and it went away altogether.
The rebound is good for daily driving and will rarely give any problems other than the noise.

So 3rdCivic, if you're reading this, you gotta give me a call once you get your KWs installed because honestly installing an 02 bearing is not going to fix the creaking problem in the front.
I was reading on the newcelica.org board and the people there have had problems with their SS and guess what? It's the same exact problems we're having!

I'm not too happy making this decision, but next year when I can get some more cash I'll get a different set of coilovers without the problems. Until then, I just hope my TEINS don't fall apart.

always noise, one guy installed tein basic on 02 model, still noise. but some suggest get 2001 mounts, that way can stop the noise, cuz all tein was design for 2001, but Tein didnt notice that minor change on 01 and 02+ model base mounts.

too bad, i brought tein basic already, kinda regrets now......

I have the 01.
I heard and I'm theorizing that the 02 bearing will solve the problem.
If anyone has done this before to fix the noise, then by all means POST!
I'll keep the TEINS if I can fix the noise.

HondaLuver will become famous soon enough
so this shouldn't affect the flex because it is the full damper?

or if we get the SS, all we pretty much have to change the upper ball mount and get every suspention part, what about a x-brace, would that help?
