Wheel spacer madness

Just curious... Any thoughts on running 2" spacers? Im running 195/50/15s on a somewhat low suspension. Still have about a quarter inch between the fender and wheel. Wanted to do a wide stance but on my currents wheels... Will I have steering issues running spacers that big? I mean the tires are pretty small but wanted to make sure first. I prefer slightly low with a wide stance than just a slammed ride since I live on a mile long gravel road and have nasty Kentucky roads.

I have a quarter inch height between the wheel and fender so it’ll clear it if I have the wheels come out another 2” is what I’m saying. I’m just high enough to have them come outside the fenders. I’m asking if I’ll have steering issues having the wheels poke out that far

Re: Wheel spacer madness

You won’t rub. The real issue with having such large spacers is the car was designed to handle at a certain point. By spacing it out that much, it does throw the balance off. I’d either get a more suitable wheel setup or get smaller spacers, because 2” is a lot. Something like a 15-20mm spacer would be better.
