Just start scrubbin'. You're gonna need to do them more than once a week... silver wheels will show dust after a week. I'd plan on at least 3 times a week.
Or buy KleenWheels... its a disc that goes behind the wheel infront of the rotor and keeps dust behind the wheel. Keeps the wheel clean, but severely hinders the amount of air to cool the brakes.

1. Find some kids.
2. Buy them ice cream or give them a dollar each if they'll clean you wheels for you.

usafcushman is on a distinguished road

this stuff is awesome...spray it on, wait like 30 seconds, spray it off...cleans brake dust, etc. plus it leaves a non-stick Teflon coating that repels brake dust, dirt, etc...better results if you clean rims first, then do spray and rinse just for the protective factor, but this is by far the best protectant/cleaner i've used so far...you can get it at just about any local auto parts store...good luck!
