I was just wondering how long or how much thread is left with your tires? I have these tires and they didn't last too long

Compared to many of the "performance" all season tires I have used on any of my vehicles, the ZE-512 wear for me on the street to 20,000 miles or so, which while fast, is not near as fast as better, more expensive tire I have used.

Bridgestone Potenza Pole Position S-03s were better in the dry, and in the wet, but the tread compound got hard after only 5,000 miles of use. So, all I'm saying, is that it could be worse

I got the ZE-512 ... and have about 4k km on them ... and dont even see a dent in them yet. I dont drive my car much as you can tell, but I think they have a warranty from Falken for 40k km's, check wit where you bought them ... they should know.

One thing I do notice, is that on rainy days, I can make them spin out ... if I accidentally slip the clutch in over 1700 and under 2000 rpm. You know those times where your just really not paying attention or are lazy, and slip the gear in abit high.

Anyone else notice this wit these tires in the rain ?

****, I have had mine since january and they have about 20k or so miles on them and they look brand new. Never had any flats or any problems with them. But I also get my tires balanced and wheels aligned about 2-4 times a month. If you want your tires to last, do that.

you live in another state then I do, so I cant really hook you up. I go to a regular brake shop, and the guy who aligns my car has been working there for 15 yrs, and he is the only one I will let do my car. They have no special lift, they just have to drive on it slow, and carefully. And move the lift parts of the machine to the front of the machine so my car doesnt scrape it.

the reason I asked is because I have had mine for about a year with about 20,000 miles and just today I had to buy new ones. When you lower a car does the thread go faster. I have had my car aligned and everything after I dropped it

Well you might have gotten a shitty alignment. Also did you have your tires balanced?
