looking for wheel & tire package I am looking for a decent, affordable wheel and tire package - preferrably 17's. Any suggestions on a good wheel brand and tires that can handle a Cleveland winter?

Rep Power: 0 Wheels are kind of a personal choice. I can tell you though that I have Sumitomo HTR+ (W-speed rated) tires in 215/45-17 on my car and ran them all winter in St. Louis, and we had a ton of snow last winter. These tires were awesome. They are great in the dry and wet and decent in the snow and ice. Tirerack has them pretty cheap and they got good ratings.
