Front disks

I thinkinf of going with 15 inch wheels for my car, and geeting turbo by thre end of the year, my questions is would the stock brakes be able to handle it??

or cound those who have OEM size slooted rotors, with diffeent pads think thats enough??

or maybe upgrade the rotors up front and do a rear disc conversion??

depends on how and where you're driving

The breaking power a car needs is dependant on that cars weight not its HP. if you are really that concerned, upgrade the front rotors to a slotted rotor, and get Higher temp pads. Then get higher temp break shoes for the back. if you REALLY want to stop faster, get better tires.

Braded break lines dont actually help you stop quicker or give you more pressure on the pad. What they do, Do is give you a bit of added safty Vs the line being cut or damaged and they reduce Flex in the break line giving you more positive feed back from the breaks them self (Giving you more feel of what the breaks are doing/more control).
Like I said, if you want to shorten your breaking distances get better tires. Even if you upgrade your Pads and rotors, all thats going to give you Better resistance to break fade. Sure the pad is going to grip the rotor better, but its your tires that are actually stoping you.

So
1 Upgrade Rotors = Better Resistance to Break Fade
2.Upgrade Break Pads = Better Resistance to Break fade and Possibly more control over the breaks.
3.Upgrade Break Lines = Better Break Feedback= Better control over breaks.
4.Upgrade Tires to a stickyer compound = Shorter Breaking Distances
5.Upgrade wheel to A lighter wheel = Shorter Breaking distances + increaced acceleration.

Steel lines will help a bunch. You wont have to push the pedal down nearley as far to get better breaking... less time pushin the pad = quicker times on an auto x track
