Drums to Disc

Drums to Disc 2003 Civic Si I have drums for rear braking. I am going high performance braking I think with AEM.....not sure whats my best way with converting my rear drums to disc....
I have a Eibach suspension with 17" Phantoms going on.
Any Ideas on the conversion?????
