Trunk Lid Rear Garnish Assembly Removal

2012 Honda Civic Coupe LX. I need to remove the trunk lid rear garnish assembly, 3 bolts are visible from inside, there are also 6 nylon studs attachments I need to know how to remove or disconnect these studs, do I need a special tool? or just squeeze the nylon caps? or else? (photo attached) I found the Honda part number 'Tailgate Garnish Clip 91513-SJK-003'. The problem is how to access the clips to pull the inner stud?
Thank you in advance!
