USB Flash Drive keeps dis/reconnecting (2023)

I have some playlists stored via USB that I listen to in the car, and just today the USB stick will disconnect but then immediately reconnect. This kept happening about once every 10 minutes of listening. This particular USB is a "PNY" brand. I also had a "SanDisk" drive with audio on it and it performed in the very same way. Would performing a hard reset on the audio system maybe fix it? If so, I don't know what the key-prompt (button combo) is in order to do this. I have a 2023 Civic Sport Touring.

Anyone else experience this issue? Thanks.
