2017 civic LX hatch.USB playing audio was fine until one day it only recognized 10 songs of over 100 songs on USB. Dealer said it was file issue and does not even see the folders created. Same USB stick played and saw all files on 2016 CRV. Have anyone had similar issue. Dealers asked to find same vehicle to test (guy was a dumb @$$)

Try a different sub stick like the brand. I was using one type and had an issue with the system. I changed to a different brand it seems to be working fine.
