My iPhone 6s has an intermittent issue when receiving a call, the phone will ring, but not through the entertainment system. If I wait, it will show up on the display but the phone will go to VM and no matter which button I hit on the screen, nothing happens. The speedometer display displays the incoming call, and no matter what I do, both screens are frozen. I have to turn the car off to restore normal function.


Anybody else seen this?

What year car?
What trim level?
What audio system?

Iphones seem to have the most troubles.
There are brand new software updates available for certain audio systems, have you been to your dealership lately to see about your issues??

No I have not been to the dealer, I will probably go in about a month to get a few things dealt with. My car was current with updates earlier in the year. Hopefully something came out in the last few months.

The most recent audio updates came out at the end of last month.
