2019 Honda Civic Sport.

I've been having some issues with the Spotify app on Apple CarPlay that I couldn't resolve on my own so I tweeted at Spotify and they told me to check for firmware updates for the stereo/infotainment system. I couldn't find anything online--well, nothing for 2019 Civics anyway--so now I'm here lol. Anyone know if there is firmware updates and, if so, how to update?

I have a 2018 if hatch and had issues with my display beeping constantly while driving and the only way to stop it was to pull over and shut the car off. Seemed to happen in the wet weather? Anyways the dealership has since replaced the unit and that issue hasn't returned. However once about 2 months ago I put the car in reverse and the rear cam did not come on. I took it out of reverse and tried again. Still no cam. So I reversed anyways then while driving I tried to turn on the radio and noticed there was nothing on the display at all and when I touched it it flashed green??? I took a video of this and sent it to my dealership of purchase but all they could say was they hadn't seen that before.
