well i bought a civic yesterday! it's a 2000 4dr EX.

pretty much just a few questions about it.
1. what's the best website for cosmetic mods?
2. does the type r hatch spoiler fit on my rear windshield?
3. my key only starts the car and unlocks the door, doesnt lock the gas/trunk or open the trunk. what should i do?

You can rekey the other locks to work with that key if you only have the one. Car probably got stolen at one point.

i mean the thing on the inside to the left of the drivers seat that has the trunk/gas door latches

new info, i have the valet key and another spare all metal key.

Valet should only do doors and ignition, won't do trunk or lock for the trunk + gas by the driver's seat

not really, only difference is it goes all the way into the keyways, it just won't unlock them. same functions as my other key though

So maybe someone got a spare cut from the valet. You could just get a new lock cylinder for the trunk and either rekey it to work with the valet key or have a separate key for the trunk.
