2010 Honda Civic AC Blown Fuse

I recently replaced my Honda Civic Compressor with a used one because it wasn't cooling enough. After the Compressor was replaced and cooling well. After few minutes my dashboard traficator
light and AC stop working.

I checked the fuse I noticed it blown fuse and disengage my gear stick.
I had to replaced the fuses that got blown. When ever I turned on the AC the, the AC get blown over over. I wasn't having this problem until I replaced the compressor with a used one

Any suggestions on how to get this issue fixed??

Which fuse? 36 (10A) in the under-dash fuse box? 20 (7.5A) in the under-hood fuse box?
