2003 Civic Ex ac

Ac compressor wont run unless jumped at the fuse box.

So figure out why. Low refrigerant? Failing relay or fuse? Failing HVAC controls?

All relays and fuses are good. System is good on refrigerant
Tested pressure switch its good as well

Not likely. At a minimum you need to check the low pressure side. Should be enough to know if there's enough refrigerant, but not enough to now if the system is working properly.

At 50 psi, what's the outside temperature? Compressor should not be running when you check. You'll have to remove your jumper or check when the engine is off.

Pressure should roughly match ambient temperature. If it's 50F outside, pressure should be around 50 psi.

That is low but the minimum to turn on the compressor is like 28 psi.
