Got some A/C Problems
So recently my AC Compressor burned out due to my AC Condenser Fan not turning on to cool my AC Compressor, cost me $900 to replace it
, anyway my mechanic told me that the AC Condenser Fan is not turning on when the AC Compressor is on, and it might be that the ECU is not grounding the Fan...and he said i might need a new ECU
, my question is if i dont turn on the AC at all, will the compressor burn out again ? If i have the heat on does that affect the AC Compressor too ? Thanks

If something in the AC system isnt functioning properly, your ac compressor clutches shouldnt be engaging. The condensor fan not working shouldnt have burned it out. Did you check all the fuses and make sure the fuse isnt popped?
