Hi!

recently bought a 2008 civic lx and it’s solid. Turns out the only issue is the a/c is cooling intermittently and after running diagnoses i found out that the car was involved in a front crash and when they repaired it seems that they ripped off the ambient temperature sensor and also the wire and plug. I tried looking for the wiring and it’s missing.

i was wondering if i can get the wiring and plug plus the sensor and merge the cables with any of the connectors close to the radiator (the condenser or radiator fan, maybe?).

any advice on how could i fix this? Much appreciated, thanks!

The clutch is engaging and it cools for a little bit but the lines are freezing up and clutch stays engaged until that happens, after that it blows warm air.

What would you think i should check then?
