2010 honda civic fan and AC

I noticed today , every time I have the key on my radiator fan is running cold or warm.. thats key on the ON position and vehicle not running.

Is this how its supposed to be EZONE.

Usually I thought they dont come on till temp sensor reaches temperature.?

its a 2010 honda civic sedan LX

My second issue I took a long roadt trip,..

My ac was working good locally,

on the road trip I had the ac stop working few times, I heard bunnch of quirking like the doors opening etc...
I couldn't get it going... I shiut it off switched door etc.

then it comes on while on the road buy itself and works ice cold...
this happened few times on 16hr road trip in one direction. i drove both..

now I get home , AC works perfectly locally and its been a month no issues..
I checked pressure are all ok..

WTF ?

where is EZone

Turn the HVAC controls completely OFF, radiator fans should stop.
Unless the hvac control panel is bad causing the AC to be stuck on regardless of what mode you try to select.

Why you gotta call me out like this, yo? I'm tryin to have a day off once in a while! Spendin a minute with the old lady and some grandkids

Or the AC is enabled.

the ac stop working few times, I heard bunnch of quirking like the doors opening etc...
This part does not sound familiar right now, I don't remember encountering a description like this.
What was the control panel doing during all of this? Anything you could see like lights changing?

condtionon 1- key on, AC off, if I put internal fan on, radiator fan comes on.. if i leave key on , shut internal fan on off twice, the third time, radiator fan would not come on.
WTF

condition 2- another start car idle , ac off, fans are off, but they come on both briefly with the compressor then they go off..
ac is off and internal fan is on low setting..
I thought i AC button are off Ac compressor should not come one and go off by itself? WTF

Call you out, Grandkids holy **** how old are you still wrenching???
I dont even have kids yet.. jesus..

and for the last control panel that you asked my weird problem when I traveled, it was normal, just the cold ait would dissapear, I would hear some door inside the dash chrip, , then i would move **** dash to internal and somehow but itself I would get AC 5 min later
that only happen 3 times on my long trip.. it has been fine for now..
But I am not a believer **** just fix itself)..

Why I call you out, because you are the GOAT)

Hokay,
if the hvac is set to either defrost position, that automatically enables the AC system by default WITHOUT the little AC indicator coming on.

Whenever you or the HVAC system decides it wants to run the AC, it generates what we call a 'ac request' signal that is sent to the engine computer (PCM or ECM), because it controls the compressor and radiator fans
The PCM receives that AC request, then it checks out several things in order to decide if it is ok to run the AC compressor, and turns on the clutch relay AND the relays for both radiator fans.
(This is why knowing the status of the fans is such an important part of the ac system diag, on most of the cars, if the fans turn on when you switch the ac on, the compressor clutch should be engaged if the engine is running)

Does that explain anything?
Does that explanation fit in with the random part of your description in the previous post?

The FSM always says if you cannot replicate an intermittent issue it must be okay right now and there's nothing you can do about it. We ALL know that ain't true, because that CEL didn't come on just because it loves you
Not even an educated guess or notes on high failure items.
i need to be able to replicated to find it what it is.
Right.
unless u have a good idea being the GOAT as some usual issue?
I haven't heard enough details to hazard a semi-educated guess.
