I have had several ac issues , replaced blower motor condenser and now the thermal fuse is likely out again for the third time. Has anyone had the issue of replacing fuse and it stopping within less than a year? I think I read somewhere this needed a service bulletin which replaces the blower motor resistor and the electrical line behind the fuse , it could be why the resistor keeps going out me thoughts?

Sorry it’s not a thermal fuse obviously I was at work and realized what I said lol. It’s the blower motor resistor.

It’s the blower motor resistor.
Power transistor for the variable speed blower fan motor.
The original power transistor assembly does have a TCO (thermal fuse) inside it. I haven't stripped apart an aftermarket unit but I assume they would be similar.

Are you using Honda parts?
Aftermarket parts?
Is your cabin filter clean? Blower air intakes are not obstructed?

Sometimes they fail from old age (no other obvious reasons),
Sometimes they fail because of poor cooling (lack of airflow) during high load, such as when the cabin filter is full of dirt and crud. That thing has a big ol heat sink that has to be cooled by the fans air flowing across the fins. (some people learn that it doesn't last very long at all when you just connect the wires without installing it into the housing, then run the fan motor LOL)
