A/C prob...

well the main prob is i have no air blowing through my vents. when i turn the **** i can hear the radiator or condensor fan come on and the lil green light comes on but no air. i checked the fuses but didnt see anything unusual. if the fuse was bad i would see burn like marks right?

Check the cabin filter. On my '04 Civic Hybrid, it is located behind the glovebox. You should be able to get the filters at most autopart stores, or rockauto.com has them online.

With the cabin filters out you can see the top of the fan for the blower motor. See if you can turn the fan slightly (with the keys out of ignition)

Looks like fuse #s 1 - 4 -12 in the under hood fuse box. I have wiring info for an 03 if you want it. Let me know if coupe or sedan.

either the blower motor needs to be replaced, or the relay needs to be replaced.

the blower motor relay is in the under hood fuse box. 4th one to the right from the top. the blower motor assembly is behind the glovebox. make sure the fuse is still good. you physically need to test it. also check the relay. What you can do to check either is swap a good fuse or swap a good relay and see if the motor works.

sounds like a loose connection. make sure everything is tight.
