I have a 97 civic ever since I have had the ECU replaced at the dealership I’ve had nothing but problems with the car and now the AC. The compressor is constantly kicking on and off every second when the car is in idle the RPMs drop under one the car runs extremely rough if I turn the AC off cars fine and the rpm’s go back up. If while I’m idling and I keep the ac on and press on the gas pedal to keep the rpm’s up the Compressor will not kick on and off but then starts to blow out hot air .When I’m using the AC while driving the car does blowout cool air and I don’t hear the AC compressor constantly kicking on and off but if I continue to use the AC while driving the car eventually dies on me , I’m able to turn the car right back on and continue driving. Can anyone help me figure this out
