LOUD knocking from passenger side dash

LOUD knocking from passenger side dash Recently got a 1997 Civic DX sedan and it's in pretty good shape. The only issue is that whenever I turn the A/C on, dust comes out of the vents and something makes a loud, weedwacker-like noise. It sounds like it's coming from right above the glovebox. I cleaned out the blower motor today to no avail.
