Dash gauges making noise?

Dash gauges making noise?
When i turn off my car, the speedometer, ect. go down, right. but mine make noise. Like you can here their motor and everything. It's more noticeable when you turn the power on then when just turning the car off. And they kinda flip out too, when power goes off. What's going on?

Well it's normal for them to jump and chatter once when the power is off. I don't think mine make noise when falling down, though.
