Undetermined front end rattling noise

My 06 EX has 105K miles on it.

I am a pretty experienced amateur mechanic that does most of the work on my car. I kept hearing a pop, clicking sound when moving slow over uneven surfaces like entering the garage or driveway which I thought was the ball joints. I replaced these which appear pretty worn. There is a rattling sound like metal on metal especially noted at speeds below 50 especially on rough roads.

I looked around the font suspension and an outer tie rod end boot was ripped. I replaced the outer tie rod ends. Thought the sway bar links and bushing may be bad, I have replaced these. The control arms and struts were replaced previously. I doubled checked the tightness of all of these component fasteners.

I did slow figure 8's in a parking lot in each direction with the windows open. I heard no grinding or clicking noises like I thought I would hear from bad CV axles or wheel bearings, which haven't been replaced since owning this car when it was new. I didn't check the strut shaft bolt tightness, not wanting to have to remove them to do this which seems to be required.

Any ideas on what this rattling noise may be and where it could be coming from?
