2003 Civic Si HB - Heater/AC fan not working

Howdy. My baby blue isn't kicking out any type of air when I turn the ****. I checked the fuses and everything looks fine. I've been told that it's either a loose wire, a bad switch, or a bad fan motor. My car isn't overheating either. I don't feel any air being pushed by a fan, but when it's 20 degrees F outside and you're driving you can feel the heat kinda radiate out of the vents, but that doesn't do me any good when I need defrost. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

test for voltage at the fan connector with the fan turned on....

if voltage is present, the fan is shot

Take the cabin filter out, turn fan switch on and watch the white fan blades when you 1st turn the key to II to see if they spin for a very short time.
