No power/start 05 civic hybrid

Some days the cars start right up with no problem, other days I have no power what so ever and have to jump it. Weird thing is I don't have to fully jump start it, as soon as I touch the cables to my battery I hear a click sound and it fires right up. I haven't been able to start it in the last few months and it's stuck in my driveway. Not sure if it's the ignition switch or alternator or possibly bad battery cables.

Yeah check the batter terminals, especially if they've been replaced
