1.7l hard to crank when warm

iv got a issue where my engine has trouble turning over when its warm. if its cold i have zero problems. battery voltages are all between 12.5 and 14v when off, starting, and idling. i threw a new battery in just incase but the issue persisted. i have checked and cleaned the connections at the battery, the starter, and the ground to the body and engine and they all look fine and did not change anything. in the past on other vehicles i have dealt with bad 12v connections to the starter, dead solenoids, and dead batteries, i have also hydro locked dirt bike engines a few times. the way that this issue sounds, with the starter sounding fine then coming to a stop, out of all the issues i have dealt with in the past, it sounds like the engine is hydro locked. i checked for blow back at the coolant fill port and at the rad but there is no gasses leaving them when the engine is running so i dont think its a head gasket. while i was checking that i decided to pull the dip stick to see if the oil was milky(it wasn't) and noticed there was blow back coming from the dip stick hole no smoke tho, just air. i dont know if thats normal as i have never pulled a dip stick from an engine that was running but i will check my pcv valve tomorrow. i also smelled the oil on the dipstick and i only smelt gas so that got me thinking maybe a injector gets stuck open and when i shut off the car some gas leaks out of it and makes it into a cylinder causing it to hydro lock but letting it sit and cool down allows the gas to evaporate/seep into the bottom end. im going to check the injectors tomorrow to see if the leak after shutting the car down. any ideas? im kinda at a loss right now. the worst part about this is it started happening the day after my sister broke up with her bf who was a honda mechanic.

04 sedan with the 1.7l and 330000 km

here is a video with what happens. video was taken after the car sat for a couple hours. normally it dosent start like it does in the video on the first try, i have to attempt to start it a few times.

head gasket is easy to test. And it is not the way you are checking

Could just be that the starter doesn't like to work when it's hot. What does it do when it's not starting? Have you checked all the battery and starter connections?
