Hey I'm having this problem for a long time and no one can solve it.
In cold days car wont start at all, it cranks good but no start.
Spark plugs getting wet with fuel (already changed).
The only option to start it is to disconnect the temp sensor (ECT) and remove the air filter.
ECT was changed twice to original one and it doesn't solve.
Any guesses?

For the meantime try starting it by turning the key to position 2, wait about 5 seconds (until blinking dash lights go off or turn solid) and then with the gas pedal fully depressed turn key to position 3 "start"

This method will (in position 2) engage the fuel pump and in (position 3) disengage the fuel injectors while fully opening the throttle body plate/flap to allow maximum air flow into the intake and cylinders.

This may or may not work to make it easier to start the engine, but it's worth a try. If it does work it's just a band-aid to the real issue. As you probably already know combustion engines require spark, fuel and air and if you have confirmed fuel and spark quality then airflow into the cylinders is controlled by the PCM/ECU, sensors (such as the the ECT) and vacuum created by the cylinders, intake/exhaust valves and timing.

Any CEL codes? Do you have an OBD2 code reader? Have you verified spark quality?
Is mechanical time (crank/cam/ in sync or has the timing belt jumped teeth? Any issue with the cable that controls the TB flap? When were the intake and exhaust valves last checked/adjusted?

Could be any one of several possibilities. You could try a process of elimination by scanning it a good quality code/diagnostic reader, verifying mechanical timing, cleaning the throttle body and IACV (idle air control valve), test spark quality, check and adjust valves. These things will help you get to know your engine better and are good basic maintenance items. However, you may want to spend a bit of money to fast track this process and bring it to a shop that has an advanced diagnostic machine that will provide the logistics of the PGM/ECU, sensors, timing , etc..

- I always wait 5 sec before starting.
- The car already has bean several times in service and a lot of parts was changed: ECT sensor, crank sensor, cam sensor, fuel filter, spark plugs (everything original Honda parts).
- Timing belt was checked and its sitting properly
- Throttle body, IACV and EGR was cleaned.
- Valves was adjusted about 30K kilometers ago.

* This situation only happens on cold days, on a hot day or some hours after driving it starts right over.
* Another interesting fact, after about 5 sec of cracking there is a power drop of the ECU (speedo resets) for a sec and then continue to crank as normal

Any coolant loss? Abnormal amount of white smoke from tail-pipe during cold starts? Possibility of coolant getting into cylinders?

No smoke at all, no coolant loos , engine serviced every 7k km and runs perfect..

well, if it connected, it is a good sign. one potential cause is fried ECU caused by loose alternator bolts, so this is not your case.
Have they checked engine compression?

Compression wasn't checked but I guess its ok because after the first start the engine runs great.
