Weather related starting

I have a 2000 civic that starts fine when the weather is cold but will not start when the weather gets warm, Any suggestions appreciated.

it keeps cranking. No engine light is on. This is a buddies car, he said he has had it to several garages but no one seems to know what the problem is.

Got spark?
Got fuel?
Got compression?

Bust out a real scanner....
Got codes?
ECT/IAT read the same cold?
ECT/IAT values correct when it won't run?
BARO/MAP agree at KOEO?

There's an awful lot of possible causes for a no start. Someone has to be able to track it down WHILE it won't start.
