Switched out water pump and timing belt. When out timing belt back on. Timing was off very little ( see attached pic) would this cause car not to start. Comments please.

typical issue would be during the work, some sensors are knocked out of place. They might need replacing after too, they were there for years, something might malfunction after they have their connectors disconnected.

Correct time off too.

Line up the mark in your picture then post another pic of the timing marks on the head.
