stuck crankin' and wont starting.

Hello, im newibe. i usually on subaru forums online.
anyways; my friend send in my shop...
She have a troubleshotting (which is my fave of troubleshotting but cant find it for problem sloving)
2001 Honda Civic LX 250k miles.
when i was try to starting but dashboard was low dim...
(i was thought 'starter motor was failure') indeed not...
*batter is 12.6 Volts.
*Motor start is passed.
I can hear when motor starter trying to the torque converters' truning over but it's still stuck...
help me. thanks!

Does the car start for a second or two then shut off?

dashboard light was low dimmer.
seem wont cranking. startmotor is good but not cranking.
yes, this is my other language is american signing (im hearing imparied) sorry about it.

Can you turn the engine over manually at the crankshaft?
You can use a 17mm in the crank shaft rotating the left side tire out and try to manually rotate the engine.
I refer you to this video below. I understand you're hearing impaired, but I think the visual information will help you.

ya, i see on the youtube seem pretty basic...it's cool.
but i havent try rotate crankshaft. if it's stuck meaning have a bad connecting rod?
but number one cylinder have a bad oil foul...seem pitson ring worn out.

If you can't rotate the crankshaft manually I would think there is defintely something mechanically wrong with the engine. Something may be bent or broke. Only you will know once you check the engine.
I would check oil level as stated in the video. If it's dry, you probably have a mechanical problem with the engine.
