O2 Sensor Heater Resistance? NGK 24631, D16Y8

O2 Sensor Heater Resistance? NGK 24631, D16Y8 1999 Honda Ex, D16Y8 SOHC 1.6 Liter Engine with VTEC.
All sources point me to the NGK/NTK 24631 as a fit for this car for the front sensor. Ordered one. It shows only 5.8 Ohms for the heater resistance, while my only reference, a Chilton's manual, says the resistance should be between 10 and 20 Ohms. That is pretty far off. I am not able to contact NGK/NTK. I can't find anything from Honda. Does anybody know where I can find for certain what the resistance should be for the O2 sensor for this car? Honda does list a sensor, # 36531-P2M-A02 at $692, replacing the # 36531-P2M-A01, but that still doesn't get me a spec for the heater resistance.
