Misfire, Knock Sensor CEL. Car keeps running when pulling wire

Misfire, Knock Sensor CEL. Car keeps running when pulling wire
P0303 & P0325 code on CEL. Car continues to run even when i remove the spark plug wire on cylinder 3.
Here is all my troubleshooting I’ve done
Replaced distributor cap and rotor
Replaced wire set
Replaced all spark plugs
Placed wire from 3 onto valve cover with plug in it, it sparks when cranked.
Friend said it was turning funny, did a valve adjustment on it.
Timing was done aswell
Swapped injector from one into three to see if it was fuel. Got rid of CEL for a second but came back after driving around for a second.
Last step I can think of is doing a compression test on it, going to try that when i get home.
Please help!!!
