Flashing check engine light

I have a 1999 civic ex with a mini me swap. I was coming back from work over a bridge and went 95 mph in 4th gear at 6k rpms. After I got back down to 60 mph a flashing check engine light appeared and the car felt like it has a misfire or the engine shaking, the flashing check engine light would go steady then flash again pretty intermittently, I don’t have any loose hoses or any loss of coolant or oil or any leaks of any kind. My oil isn’t milky so I don’t believe it’s a head gasket but my spark plugs has a bit of oil on the threads and are a bit white/brownish, I know I have a bad IAC valve my idling is real bouncing in first and second gear. My distributer is somewhat new and same with the spark plug wires from what I can tell, I bought the car about 2 months ago and I’ve only put an exhaust on it. Any one want to help me narrow down my search for the problem at fault before I start throwing parts at it? This car is also my daily driver.

Cylinder 1 left plug, cylinder 2 right plug

check the codes.
don't go driving at high speeds in the streets, there are plenty of track days where you can do it safely
