99 civic dies while driving, cranks but won’t start

So the last two times i’ve taken out my civic the check engine light comes on, my rpm drops and it stalls, then when i try to turn it back on the engine cranks but won’t start. It started happening right after i got a full tank of gas and it will start a few hours later. Has anyone had this or knows what it might be?

Engine light comes on after about 5 minutes, I ran the code and it’s a faulty VSS, I might be wrong but it’s a manual transmission so that shouldn’t be the issue.
