1988 Civic Start problems

1988 Civic Start problems I have a 1988 Civic. It runs good but dies at stop lights and signs, and won't start again for about five minuits. Then starts and is fine untill next stop. When you turn it off it won't start again for five to ten minuits. A mechanic told me it needs a new computer. Anyone have any ideas??
