Will turn over, but won't start
I have a 99 Civic that doesn't have a stock engine. I don't know much about the car, I just got it a couple of weeks ago and really don't know anything about the upgrades to it. I just know it was a newer vtec engine that was supposed to be put in it.
The car will turn over, but it won't start. I've had it jumped, with no success. This guy also checked for spark, and said there was.
I'm trying to make this is as cheap as possible to fix so any help would be great. I would like to be able to do it myself.
