Re: Overheating
Are you basing the over-heating off of the dash temp gauge or from taking coolant temp reading with a high temp thermometer in the radiator neck?
Any internal or external coolant leaks?
Is the cabin heat working properly when idling and driving?
intake and exhaust valves adjusted properly?
Did you get the cylinder head checked and milled for flatness at a machine shop before replacing the head gasket?
Catalytic convertor clogged?

Re: Overheating
Yes basing temp on dash, the head I used was already machine and check , heat works well on cabin no sign of leaks at all, no coolant burning, change 2 thermostat already and ended on removing completely thermostat and still , when overheating and turn car off sound boiling water , lot of pressure on hoses top and bottom even when I let overnight came in morning still has pressure on cooling system , looks like no circulation on block or something

Re: Overheating
scanner or maybe one of those OBD readers they sell for cheap in amazon and use cell phone app torque to connect.
other than that, only thing that comes to mind is some blockage in the block, nothing further makes the system

Re: Overheating
Did you check the coolant temperature manually (high temp sensor) in radiotor neck, or with a scanner?
Replacing the temp sensor doesn't guarantee the dash temp is reading correctly.
What exact steps did you take when bleeding air from the coolant system?
If the head and the block isn't completely flat the
headgasket will never seal. Losing coolant in radiator or gaining coolant in the reservoir?

Re: Overheating
Hi thanks 🙏 for responding I’m gaining coolant on reservoir , when bleeding coolant I let radiator cap off to let all the possible air with heat on , last Saturday I let drove hot until got to a point needle was HOT came to stop sign car stall and couldn’t be able to started again , let seat for the next day when to start it and car start with no issues

Re: Overheating
if reservoir is filling...
head gasket... So, something went wrong on the previous two gasket installations... or the block itself.
testing method is in the first post, videos

Re: Overheating
Agree with doji...head gasket sealing issue.
Pretty sure a simple "block test" would confirm it for you in this case.
Sounds like you didn't get the head checked or decked (milled flat) for the previous times you had the head off. There's a spec range of flatness that both the head and block's mating surfaces have to be in or it will never seal properly. If you have to temporarily drive that car keep the climate control on max heat and interior fan in at least "1" to help cool the engine run cooler.
When bleeding coolant put front on jackstands so radiator neck is higher than the valve cover. Climate control max heat, recirculate mode with interior fan off. Bleed until radiator fan engages (about 20 minutes) Afterwards let engine fully cool and add coolant to reservoir and radiator as needed.

Re: Overheating
needle was HOT came to stop sign car stall and couldn’t be able to started again
And if it got so hot that it just shut down by itself................That's hot enough to warp the head, PLUS the overheat can compromise or collapse the rings (lose spring tension due to heat)
