Need help diagnosing noise

Need some help diagnosing this chirping noise coming from my engine any help would be greatly appreciated. Just click the YouTube link.

Remove accessory belts one at a time and run engine after each belt is removed. This will help isolate the noise.

Remove accessory belts one at a time and run engine after each belt is removed. This will help isolate the noise.

Also, use an auto-stethoscope ($4 harbor freight), long handle screw-driver or a length of 3/4" PVC pipe and hold it to your ear and to the suspected areas of noise to amplify the sound.Here's a vid:
