Help! Engine making grinding noises!

I noticed a slight grinding in the engine the beginning of this month and slowly throughout the days it’s been getting worse and worse. I don’t know where it’s coming from and before I buy a bunch of things for it, I would like to know if anyone has an idea of what it is, or to help pinpoint the problem. I put under a video of the noise thanks in advance!

SWAG: Sounds like the pulley on the compressor has a bad bearing.

Is the sound coming from the drivers side? Seemed to me like a belt or something rubbing on the timing cover, whether on the inside or outside of the cover.
