Check engine when car heats up

Hi, my friend is having civic 97' 1.4 Is and when the car heats up it just turns on check engine and when it is in neutral works badly like on 500 rpm also when you turn it off and turn it on again there is no check engine and it runs smoothly and again after some time it comes again

The euro one's I think are tucked up on the passengers' side.


Let me know if this works. The only other location I'm aware of is next to the fuse box under the steering wheel.

We've looked everywhere I disassembled everything under the steering wheel and there is no such, I don't know what to do actually... We took intake manifold off and We were cleaning it... Also unsuccessful.. I'm thinking of o2 sensor or maybe getting a new intake manifold

There’s no point in blindly aiming and hoping something will work. That’ll cost you money and patience.
