Looking for help. . . I have civic EP2 and my engine goes out. Engine: d16v1
The check engin indicator lighted. I went to Honda dealer asking for help.
He replaced crankshaft sensor (in his opinion this is what the computer showed).
Later on after few miles i got the same results - light up of check engine lamp and civic dies but after few tests in started again but with the check engine lamp lighted and the rpm was about 2K. What is can be? Can you help please?

if you have a check engine light on then you should hook up a obd2 sensor to the plug and see what the book says easiest and most inexpensive way
