Swapping a new B16Y7

First off I know nothing about cars so don't be a dick, but anyway my roommates sister blew my motor so I decided to pick up a cheap D16Y7 off facebook marketplace for 300 bucks. It came out of an automatic car but I'm swapping it onto my 98 Manual Civic. Is there anything else I need to swap or should it bolt right up to my transmission and work just fine?

I think the IAC is different, and then obviously you need the flywheel instead of the flex plate
