99 Civic EX LS swap won't start

hello ALL
I'm Brandon I NEED HELP PLZ

When I got the car it was running and started up just fine and then one day it just stopped and I've been having to push it off to get it going every day every time I get in it I replace the starter and I replace the clutch switch still nothing can anybody help me with this and tell me how I can narrow it down I find my problem I have all lights on dash and fuel pump cuts on but it will not even turn over battery is good

I attached the images ICM (ignition control module a.k.a igniter) and Coil from the first link. Also, the best test for the coil is shown in the video below. You can use a long screwdriver to ground in place of the test tool ETCG is using in the video. I use one side of battery jumper cable to attach one clamp to long screwdriver and the other clamp to ground (strut tower's strut nut).
