99 civic intermitantly stalls
Hello all
My 99 civic hatchback has started stalling recently and then has a hard time restarting. When this happens The car will crank over and start and then stall again. This will happen a few times and then it will start and run for day until it happens again. I have noticed that when this happens, the dash lights will not come on when I try to start it. I have also hers clicking sounds from the right side under the hood while seated. Also there is an loud audible click when starting and turning off the car. I have been told that it is possibly might be the distributer. I would like to narrow the problem down before replacing it. I have changer the cap, rotor and plug wires. This car has 250,000 k on it but is in excellent shape mechanically.
