DRL Not working at all?

Hi guys! I need help, I don’t really know where to go besides here.

I have a 1997 Honda Civic Sedan, all brake lights work, turn signals work, and reverse lights work EXCEPT when I turn the lights on the tail lights don’t turn on, and neither do the bulbs.

All bulbs are brand new, so I’m pretty clueless. Need them to work to be legal unfortunately. Thanks.

That's not drl. That would be the highbeams at the front on half power. If its all the taillights i would check the fuse first. Then find the power wire for the taillights that goes to the trunk and examine it for damage

?
DRL will automatically turn front lights on - high beams at 1/2 power, as mentioned above - (Tail lights will not turn on) when you start car?

The entire harness is fine, I inspected for any breaks before making the post, already checked the fuses.

Re: DRL Not working at all?

Should have mentioned that in the original post...
Well start at the fusebox, checking for power at every connection point, working your way back til you get to the bulb sockets.

Just random cut two wires just below my fuse box in my interior. Do you think this could have anything to do with it?
