Identifying a mystery relay connection [solved]

On my 97 civic ex i needed a new battery. While installing i also replaced neg ground terminal cable. When i was connecting the positive to post connection i realized theres a thin wire also on the connector but seperate which is the feed to a relay of some kind. I noticed the wire was broken a few inches after the relay and just dangling...i looked for the rest of the wire at the break area but didnt see where it should be connected to. God knows how long this LIVE wire was swinging around and could've shorted so i taped the end for safety temporarily. Does anyone know what this relay should be hooked up to? Theres a picture of me holding it if you click on gallery and then pictures and albums. I'll try to post it again here but thats where it went when i attempted last. Thanks in advance !

Looks more like a fuse holder. Definitely not factory, something aftermarket

re: Identifying a mystery relay connection [solved]

yeah, that looks awfully similar to the DRL aftermarket unit fuse holder I had to install when I went to Canada.
If there is no fuse inserted, it is not a live wire, BTW

To be honest, I'm not sure I just noticed it. God knows how long it was there, but thanks for the response.

In that case, I guess I'll just cut it off. It can only lead to trouble hanging around there. Thank you guys so much. I appreciate all the help.
