Question Cluater of issues

Ok where do i start ok i have a 2000 Honda Civic Lx. I just completed a headgasket replacement and no problems there. I went to go start her up and crank no start ok checked the standards still nothing ok did research on the keyless entry feature so i am thinking kill switch searched and couldnt find one so I called it a night and went back in the morning after thinking immobilizer amd to reset the key come to find out the car was broken into and they didnt succeed in taking it but ruined the ignition switch and removed the security system to the point i have no clue what went where. so i purchased a new switch with out the chip key and since the computer isnt going to detect anything how do i get the rest of the alarm sysyten removed and my car to start. any help will be appreciated.

Ps. I am Pebbles. and i am new to the forum.

Has this car ever run in your ownership? This aftermarket alarm system appears to have made a mess of things.
